A warrant was issued for his arrest on February 3 on charges of attempted murder, aggravated burglary and felon in possession of a firearm. Also taken into custody on Friday were 32-year-old Tia Largo and 28-year-old Denise George. Both were named person’s of interest in the shooting and were wanted for questioning.

On Friday, February 5 agents with the United States Marshals Service, along with Albuquerque police and the Farmington Police Department Gang Unit, apprehended 28-year-old Raul Dominguez Lopez Jr in Albuquerque. Lopez was wanted for the February 2 shooting that occurred at the Mesa Village Apartments in Farmington. A warrant was issued for his arrest on February 3 on charges of attempted murder, aggravated burglary and felon in possession of a firearm. Also taken into custody on Friday were 32-year-old Tia Largo and 28-year-old Denise George. Both were named person’s of interest in the shooting and were wanted for questioning. Farmington police detectives traveled to Albuquerque to interview all three individuals. Largo was subsequently released and George was arrested on an unrelated outstanding warrant. Lopez was arrested on his outstanding warrant. Bond has been set at $100,000. He is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting extradition to the San Juan County Detention Center.
