If you are needing to find a safe place to meet with others to conduct an exchange such as a purchased item or a child exchange, this area is available. The parking lot is lighted so it can be used at night and the area is under constant video surveillance.

Witness statements revealed Vialpando brandished a pistol and fired rounds earlier in the night, but based on the timeline of events and witness statements, did not support actions by Thomas Vigil.
