The Bloomfield Police Department, 711 Ruth Ln., has dedicated a portion of its parking lot as a safe exchange area.

The Bloomfield Police Department, 711 Ruth Lane, has dedicated a portion of its parking lot as a safe exchange area. If you are needing to find a safe place to meet with others to conduct an exchange such as a purchased item or a child exchange, this area is available. The parking lot is lighted so it can be used at night and the area is under constant video surveillance.
